Day 18: before/after

too lazy to edit it into one picture lol. but yea.

before was taken nov 2011, after was taken feb 2013. 

although as of now, april 2013, I think i gained a little fat back cause I sorta slowed down on working out a lot during feb-march. 

I’m still working out, but a little less than usual with exams and all. As soon as I’m done, holy fuck I am going to start running and pumping iron like a motherfucker. Gonna join 2 or 3 5k’s this summer so I gotta start running soon!

Before pictures taken 2 days before I started this blog, Nov 6.

I realize the after pictures aren’t too recent, but oh well :P  I took them with the intention to post them around that time, but I decided not to.

My progress have slowed down slightly, but I’m still working towards my goal.

Oh BTW, I can see the progress in the first picture, as my waist has slightly slimmed down.  But I can’t see any different in the 2nd picture.  Can anyone see a difference? :/
