Yesterday & today were both 100% vegan days :)

Didn’t work out yesterday, but worked out today to pop pilates!

Man I miss the gym..I absolutely can’t wait til school starts again, so I can hit the gym whenever I want.

On a side note, I am adding a new goal for August.

Do 50 pushups 4x a week

Goals for August

  • Eat vegan 6 times a week, at least.
  • Run 3x a week, at least
  • Get a time of less than 30:00 for my 5k race on August 25th

Goals for July

Eat vegan 100% 3x a week.

Eat vegan at least 80% the other 3x a week.

1 day of the week at least 50% vegan.

Go to muay thai at least 2x a week.

Go to kettlebell class at least 2x this month.

I’ll be recording these through my daily-ish intakes

Edit: not going to muay thai/kettlebell classes as they costed too much in the end.
